Service Description

This course is designed to help participants learn the U.S. Constitution as well as Supreme Court Cases Every Parent, Student, and Teacher should know. This course introduces cases from Plessy v. Ferguson (1896) to Santa Fe v. Jane Doe (2000). You need to know what schools can and can not do so you can advocate not only for your child, but for all children. This course addresses what is considered freedom of speech, dress code, drug tests, drug searches, as well as freedom of expression.
