Carthan Enterprises offers marquee letter rental services throughout the Greater Jackson area. These marquee letters are popular for enhancing the ambiance at various events, including weddings, birthday parties, corporate gatherings, and more. Available in various sizes and styles, the letters can spell out personalized messages, names, or themes, providing a distinctive and eye-catching decorative feature. Carthan Enterprises ensures that each set of letters is delivered and set up at the event location, making the process convenient for organizers. Marquee Letter Rental Price List

Letter Sizes and Rental Prices (per letter):

Small (3 ft tall): $50 per day
Medium (4 ft tall): $75 per day
Large (5 ft tall): $100 per day

Delivery Fees:

Within 10 miles of Jackson: $50
10-25 miles from Jackson: $75
More than 25 miles from Jackson: $100

Additional Services:

Setup and Take Down Service: $25 per letter
Custom Color Lighting: $20 per letter

Rush Fee:

Orders placed less than a week in advance incur a rush fee of $150.

Discounts:

Bulk Order Discount: 10% off for orders of 10 or more letters
Multi-day Rental: 20% off the total rental cost for rentals extending beyond three days

Terms:

Orders must be placed at least one week prior to the event to avoid a rush fee.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remainder due upon delivery.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time to avoid a cancellation fee (50% of the total rental cost).

Marquee Letter Damage Policy

At Carthan Enterprises, we understand that accidents can happen. Our damage policy is designed to ensure that both parties understand their responsibilities and the steps to follow if rental items are damaged during an event.

Damage Reporting:

Clients are required to inspect all marquee letters at the time of delivery and installation. Any pre-existing damage must be reported to the Carthan Enterprises team immediately to avoid liability.
Any damage incurred during the rental period must be reported to Carthan Enterprises no later than 24 hours after the event's conclusion.

Assessment and Fees:

Upon return, all letters will be inspected for damage. If damage is identified that was not previously reported, the client will be notified of the findings and the potential fees.
Damage fees are assessed based on the extent of the damage and the cost of repairs or replacement. These fees are categorized as follows:
- Minor Damage (scratches, small dents, etc.): Cost of repair or up to 25% of the replacement cost of the letter.
- Major Damage (structural damage, broken lights, etc.): Up to 50% of the replacement cost.
- Irreparable Damage (completely broken or lost letters): Full replacement cost of the letter.

Payment of Damage Fees:

Clients will receive an invoice detailing the damages and the associated costs. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Unpaid fees may result in legal action and/or prohibition from future rentals.

Security Deposit:

A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the nature and scale of the event. The deposit amount will be set at Carthan Enterprises’ discretion and communicated at the time of booking.
The deposit will be refunded post-event, provided there are no damages. If damages exceed the deposit amount, the client will be billed for the additional amount.

Insurance:

Clients are encouraged to secure event insurance to cover potential damages to rental items. This can provide peace of mind and protect against significant financial liability.
