About the event
Healing Circles offer a secure and sacred space where individuals can release their deepest hurts, pains, shame, guilt, anxiety, and fear. They are designed not only to provide relief but also to equip participants with tools and techniques to process their emotions, heal, and discover their life's purpose.
The need for such spaces is underscored by studies, including one showing that 46% of Americans will experience a diagnosable mental health condition at some point, with half of these conditions emerging by age 14. This statistic underscores the importance of accessible and effective mental health solutions.
In response to this need, Healing Circles aim to help people recover from past traumas, conquer their fears, and realize their full potential, in alignment with their faith's vision of who they are meant to be.
